Nuradin is an Operations Analyst at The Water Retail Company, focusing on improving processes and supporting the temporary trade effluent consents service. He is involved in the administrative and logistical tasks needed to secure temporary consents for businesses, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Alongside his work on trade effluent consents, Nuradin also supports other value-added services, contributing to efficient customer service management. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, he brings strong analytical and technical skills to his role, helping to identify areas for improvement and support streamlined operations within the team.
