Meter read process

Thank you for using our simplified process for submitting meter reads to ensure accurate billing and improved service. To submit your read, simply complete the form below, and we will use this information to enhance your billing accuracy. If you have various reads from different sites, you can use our multisite template (available for download below). Submit your reads, up to five working days before the end of month, through this form, by emailing them to [email protected] or by calling your dedicated account specialist, whose contact details are provided on your invoice. Any reads submitted afterwards will not be applied for the current consumption period but will help us estimate your next invoice.
