Dear valued customers,
As we approach the festive season and the end of another productive year, we would like to extend our sincere appreciation for your ongoing support and partnership. It has been a pleasure collaborating with you throughout the past year, and we truly value the trust you place in us.
We hope this holiday period brings you joy, peace, and the opportunity to rest and recharge. We look forward to continuing our collaboration in the new year and supporting your business with reliable and efficient water services.
While writing, we would also like to share some important administrative updates regarding our upcoming schedule and service availability.
Office closure:
Our office will be closed from 5:00 PM on Wednesday, December 24th, until Friday, January 2nd, 2026.
During this period, our emergency contact line will remain operational for urgent matters and can be reached by calling 020 3808 6608 (option 9). We kindly ask clients to take note of these dates to ensure any planned communication or service requests are made in advance.
Meter reading deadline:
Please note that the deadline for submitting meter reads this month is December 23rd, 2025. Providing an up-to-date and accurate meter reading helps ensure your invoices for water and sewerage services are correct and reflective of your actual usage. If you are unable to take a reading, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange a professional third-party reading on your behalf.
Thank you for your attention, and once again, we wish you a smooth, enjoyable, and well-deserved festive break.
