The Water Retail Company is proud to be part of the Non-Household Water Efficiency Collaboration Portal, a Market Improvement Fund project funded by MOSL. The project has been established to improve engagement with business customers on water efficiency across East Anglia and to make it easier for organisations to access support, advice, products, and funding opportunities that can help reduce water consumption and costs.
The initiative brings together a range of water retailers, wholesalers and NAV’s, including Castle Water, The Water Retail Company, Wave, Everflow, Source for Business, PE Solutions, Anglian Water, Cambridge Water, Affinity Water, Matrix Group, Water Resources East, and SaveWaterSaveMoney. By working together, these organisations are coordinating their water efficiency offerings to provide a more joined-up approach for businesses throughout the region.
Further information about the project can be found on the MOSL Non-Household Water Efficiency Collaboration Portal: https://mosl.co.uk/groups-and-forums/panel-committees-and-sub-groups/strategic-panel/market-improvement-fund/project-updates/nhh-water-efficiency-collaboration-portal
Businesses located within the region can register on the GetWaterFit portal to explore the support available to them and identify offers that may be relevant to their operations: https://www.business.getwaterfit.co.uk
As part of the project, The Water Retail Company is offering free bill checks and desktop water audits for multi-site businesses with more than three washrooms. These services are available regardless of whether you are currently a customer of The Water Retail Company. More information about our offer can be found here:
https://www.business.getwaterfit.co.uk/?utm_retailer=water-retail-company
The portal also provides access to a wide range of other water efficiency initiatives. For example, Wave offers its Big Blue Eco Booster programme to help schools improve water efficiency and sustainability: https://www.wave-utilities.co.uk/big-blue-eco-booster
In addition, participating wholesalers offer various forms of support, including water efficiency grants, free water-saving devices, site visits, and specialist advice. Businesses supplied by Affinity Water may be eligible for support such as free plumber visits to help identify and reduce water wastage:

Alongside the support available through the collaboration project, businesses may also be able to access funding through the Water Efficiency Capital Grant Fund (weCB Fund), which helps organisations invest in water-saving improvements and technologies: https://www.wecbfund.co.uk/
These opportunities can help businesses reduce water consumption, lower operating costs, improve resilience, and support their sustainability objectives. We encourage all businesses across East Anglia to explore the opportunities available through the Non-Household Water Efficiency Collaboration Portal and take advantage of the free support, products, services, and funding that are available to help improve water efficiency.
