Our office will be closed from 5:00 PM on December 24th until January 2nd, 2025. During this period, our emergency contact line will remain available for urgent matters at 020 3808 6608 (option 9).

Additionally, please note that the deadline for submitting meter reads this month is December 23rd, 2024. Providing accurate meter readings helps ensure your invoices for water and sewerage services remain up to date and precise. If you are unable to read a meter, kindly notify us, and we will arrange a professional third-party reading.
