I am thrilled to announce that The Water Retail Company has undergone an exciting transformation! As part of our commitment to continually improve our services and reflect the values we share with our customers, we are launching a rebranded TWRC with a modern new look.

Seven years after our establishment, with continued growth and expansion of our services, we are proud to unveil our new brand. It features a new logo, strapline and website, alongside an updated design that will be applied to all our documentation moving forward.

What is changing?

Our rebrand includes:

• A modernised new logo and strapline that reflect our commitment to water efficiency, sustainability and service excellence.
• A refreshed design and updated colour scheme for all customer-facing materials, including invoices, reports, and other documents. You will notice these changes from the beginning of next year.
